The Custom Search ID can be found on the Advanced tab of your search engine's Control Panel (see the red circle at the bottom of the picture below). If you do not already have a search engine, or wish to make a brand new one, then follow Google's Custom Search Engine's Wizard (and go to the Advanced tab of the newly created search engine to get the Custom Search ID as instructed in the previous sentence).
